Our Nursery
The Ranges Wholesale Nursery commenced business in 1999. As a wholesale nursery our business strategy is largely targeted to growing and marketing quality plants to the retail and landscaping trade and providing contract growing facilities for other wholesale growers.
The extensive range of plants we produce includes many that are not commonly produced or readily available and those that are suitable for Australia’s increasingly challenging environmental conditions.

The business is a partnership between Amanda Williams and Sally Hufton, both of whom have graduate horticultural qualifications and have worked extensively in production nurseries in the UK and Australia. In addition to producing plants commercially, both Sally and Amanda share a passion for their vocation, which is evident in the enthusiasm for their own gardens and in their contribution to horticultural projects in the local community.
The Ranges Wholesale Nursery is located at Silvan in the foothills of the Dandenong Ranges and in the picturesque Yarra Valley.
In 2002 the nursery became a registered member of the NGIV (Nursery and Garden Industry of Victoria).
